Our Framework

We achieve our mission through 3 phases: Awareness, engagement, and representation phases.

In the Awareness phase we are targeting grade school students (k-12). these participants will get exposed to post-secondary education options with an emphasis on Health Science and STEM. We will use our diverse network to assist with this through our mentoring, tutoring and enrichment sessions.

The next step in the process is the Engagement Phase. During this phase college students will be afforded the chance to build their network while receiving professional resume/interviewing assistance, scholarships, intern/co-op opportunities along with a mentoring network.

The final stage in the process is the Representation phase. In this phase this is where our professional member lift as they climb and pay it forward by supporting other members that are currently going through the other phases.
